  • Flu Vaccines: The CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get a yearly flu vaccine. Vaccines are now available. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
  • Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire:  Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we have expanded our Immediate Care program.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire now offers care for our patients in three locations - Nashua, Merrimack, and Hudson!
